A missed deadline, a request that falls between two teams, the same mistake corrected every month, a decision made on data nobody trusts: each one traces back to a process that was never designed to produce a reliable result. Fix the system first, and the rest takes care of itself.

As a CPA by profession, I learned that any output is only as honest as the process behind it. I now apply that thinking to the whole business: approvals, purchasing, hiring, onboarding, reporting, and service delivery.

Today, I serve as Operations Manager of KG Consult Group Inc., a full-service professional consulting firm in Makati City, and I am an active member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants. I graduated in BS Accountancy from the University of the East, earned a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Information Technology at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and trained in Lean Six Sigma at the Green Belt level. Accounting, technology, and process discipline are the lenses I bring to every system I build.
